C'est juste,\r\n      mais incomplet. Son centre de gravit\u00e9 est bien\r\n      prostatique et urinaire, tandis que sa richesse\r\n      en ellagitanins et autres polyph\u00e9nols r\u00e9v\u00e8le\r\n      une plante pharmacologiquement plus large.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n      L'int\u00e9r\u00eat de la monographie EMA est de nous\r\n      donner un rep\u00e8re herboriste concret :\r\n      1,5 \u00e0 2 g de parties a\u00e9riennes dans 250 mL,\r\n      deux fois par jour. Mais l'EMA ne r\u00e9sume pas\r\n      toute l'histoire de la plante : son rapport\r\n      conserve la trace d'usages traditionnels\r\n      concernant \u00e9galement la vessie et les reins,\r\n      sans disposer d'assez de donn\u00e9es pour les\r\n      transformer en indication r\u00e9glementaire.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n      La recherche contemporaine apporte une autre\r\n      pi\u00e8ce au puzzle. L'\u0153noth\u00e9ine B permet d'explorer\r\n      des m\u00e9canismes comme la 5\u03b1-r\u00e9ductase, et un essai\r\n      clinique sur un extrait d'<em>E. angustifolium<\/em>\r\n      a apport\u00e9 un signal humain int\u00e9ressant dans l'HBP.\r\n      Cela renforce l'int\u00e9r\u00eat de la plante sans autoriser\r\n      \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter toutes les pr\u00e9parations d'\u00e9pilobe\r\n      comme \u00e9quivalentes.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n      C'est donc une plante que je d\u00e9crirais sur\r\n      trois niveaux : usage traditionnel reconnu\r\n      pour l'HBP, tradition urinaire plus large,\r\n      puis recherche moderne sur ses polyph\u00e9nols,\r\n      l'inflammation et certains tissus.
